Get A Good Night’s Sleep with Luxe Bamboo Sheets

It’s super important to get enough sleep. It’s even more important it is to try to make the best of your sleep routine, (whatever that may be, since many of us don’t have the option the get as many hours as we really need)! Today, I’ve got a quick review of a product that will bump up your bed routine. It’s an organic bamboo sheet set from Linenly! Linenly gifted me these sheets to try out and review, but as always, all thoughts are my own.

Now, I have to admit that I don’t change my sheets nearly as often as I probably should. Part of that is because I end up power-napping on my couch instead of actually going to bed a lot of nights, especially when things are particularly busy in my life. In an effort to improve the quality of my sleep, I’m making an effort to actually spend more time in my bed. And really, there’s no excuse not to, since I live in a tiny studio apartment that’s about 30% bedroom space!

This Luxe Bamboo Sheet Set from Linenly includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and two pillowcases. I’m always looking for ways to add color to my apartment, so I chose violet pink as my color option! The bamboo sheets are advertised as being silky, soft, and super breathable. Since it can get really hot and sticky at night when the weather warms up, I’m always looking for breathable bedding! I was also excited to try them because reviews on the Linenly website mention that they’re hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin.

The queen-sized bamboo sheet set fit my mattress well, and after a few nights of using them, I can safely say that they live up to their claims of being super-soft and comfortable. I’m really enjoying the color, too; I live in a studio apartment, and my decor strategy could best be described as ‘incorporate as much color as possible.’ The soft pink of these sheets is a nice inclusion, without being overdone!

The only downside is that you need air-dry your bamboo sheets to keep them in the best shape; I live in a fairly tiny apartment, so air-drying is pretty tough! They dried pretty quickly, though, once I spread them over my couch and turned on the fan. Although they lost their silky-smooth feel while wet and felt almost a bit papery, the silkiness came back as soon as they dried!

I’m really liking the breathability of these Linenly bamboo sheets. I usually overheat during the night really easily (especially when the heat and humidity get intense down here in Georgia). These sheets seem like they’ll be cool and comfortable even in the worst parts of summer. Hopefully, since organic bamboo sheets are hypoallergenic, I’ll notice a reduction in allergies, too!

At $165, they are a bit pricey (which seems to be the case with most luxe bamboo sheet sets I’ve come across). But based on the feel of them, I think that it’s a sound investment; they’re super durable and comfortable, and I expect that I’ll be enjoying them for a very long time!
