A weekend brunch at the Sun Dial in Atlanta is one of my favorite ways to feel really fancy without breaking the bank. The Sun Dial, located downtown, offers a revolving view of the Atlanta area from 72 stories up… and the food is delicious! Brunch and lunch is much more affordable than dinner, so it’s great for a relatively inexpensive date or outing.
I recently took my family to the Sun Dial when they were visiting me for a ‘tourist’ weekend. It’s the perfect place, being located so close to other ATL must-dos, like World of Coke and the GA Aquarium. This was my third time at the restaurant, and both times I’ve been before I had Sunday brunch. Since we went on a Saturday, they were serving the lunch menu, and it did not disappoint!
I got the fried chicken, served on a bed of macaroni and brussel sprouts. To be honest, I’ve never eaten a brussel sprout before in my life; they were delicious. I completely cleaned my plate. (I also recommend the peach lemonade… it’s amazing).
My outfit is from Old Navy- a boho swing dress that you can see in this older post. It’s been pretty chilly lately, so I wore it with leggings! And of course, I’ve got my favorite accessory, bangles.
Have you ever visited the Sundial? If not, is it on your #ATLtodo list? Any other favorite brunch spots? Let me know in the comments!
xoxo,
Raine

I love the Sun Dial! The fried chicken with macaroni sound delicious. I think I need to make a trip there soon.
OMG, I’ve never been to the ATL, but I’m planning a trip soon since I have a friend out in Emory. I’m totally adding the Sun Dial to my list of places to dine at!

Definitely stop by there! It’s so cool to see all the other big Atlanta landmarks from so high above!
72 stories up, woah! the view must have been beautiful! hope you had a great time there!
It’s an amazing view! I’ll admit I was a little afraid of the height the first time I rode the elevator up though, haha
