Birthday in a Blue Skirt

…and just like that, I’m 24! Since today is a super busy day and I’m going to be trapped inside at school and/or work all day, I thought that I’d share some of my favorite photos from a few weekends back as a birthday celebration. I can assure you that I look less put-together today, so let’s all pretend that these are my actual birthday photos.

You’ll notice that there’s lots of blue- blue skirt, blue embroidered collar, Blue Donkey coffee, blue skies, blue eyes… I really love blue! I’ve actually been on a quest lately to add more colors to my wardrobe; blue is really dominating at the moment.

Even though my actual birthday is super busy, I did set aside time to do some really fun stuff this past weekend! On Friday I watched Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (my absolute favorite movie) with a friend and practiced doing mehndi, and then the inaugural Atlanta United FC game was on Sunday! Even though I wish we’d won, it was a lot of fun and the stadium was packed.

So much has been going on lately that I haven’t had much time for a breather, so I’m really looking forward to my upcoming spring break. I’ll be heading up to Wisconsin, and I’m hoping and praying that there will be some snow still around when I get there. We never got any down here this winter!
