Peasant Top & Elephant Necklace

Sometimes, it’s all about the details. In this case, the detail in question is a really pretty brass and calcite elephant necklace, handmade in Thailand. You can find it here. It’s really eye-catching, and definitely worth a look if you love elephant motifs! I love the way the little brass bells faintly jingle when I move. It’s like an instant dose of positive energy!

I wore it for the first time this week with this black and white peasant top and black jeans, since I really wanted the blue of the necklace to pop. I’ve had this top forever, so I honestly don’t remember where it’s from, but this one from Macy’s has a similar vibe. (I really love the bell sleeves)! As you can see, my shoe color matches my elephant necklace, too. That shade of blue/blue-green/teal is one of my absolute favorites!
