I’m incredibly excited that fall is finally here, but I already miss seeing all of the bright, fun summer outfits everywhere. Maybe it’s a southern thing, but I definitely believe that bold colors can be at home in any season. Today, I’m giving you a look at a really fun outfit styled entirely from Old Navy – pink stripes and blue tights.

I got this super soft pink dress with white stripes back over the summer, but it’s been so hot that I’ve only worn it once before. (Note: it’s currently on sale for just $22)! The first time I wore it, I felt like the look was missing something. Now, I’ve found that missing piece: blue tights.
I bought these blue tights (similar) recently on a whim, and I’m so glad that I did. As my self-confidence increases, I’m having more and more fun experimenting with loud colors. These tights are no exception. I really love this color combo; these particular shades of pink and blue complement each other very nicely.
You can also see that I’m wearing my favorite boots, which you can find in many of my other posts. I got them from Old Navy a year ago (similar here), and they’re still in great shape. I love that they’re really comfortable, even though they have a heel. (And I really need that heel to give me a little height boost)!
I decided to further embrace my funky vibe by wearing twin ponytails for the first time in years. I actually loved how they looked! The whole look is topped off with the Buxom lipstick I’ve been raving about; I think it complements my skin tone perfectly!
How do you feel about bold colors for the fall? Are there any colors you’ve been wanting to experiment with? Drop a comment and let me know!
xoxo,
Raine
